Growing and willing to engage with the customers
Comments: As a growing company in the Extended Enterprise market, they are willing to work closely with their customers to understand their use case and learn. This is big for us as we're willing to assist them and see them become a top tier vendor for EXE. They have allowed us to consolidate from 6 LMSs down to 1 which has lead to savings overall.
Pros:
Docebo is working to grow their platform, and is gathering feedback from their customers to make sure it's going to meet their needs. As an extended enterprise customer we have specific needs that many LMS vendors can't meet, but Docebo wants to expand their footprint in that market, so they are listening. They also have a growing community of users that engage with one another and want to see the system evolve.
Cons:
While they are working to create innovative and engaging functionality, sometimes they move too fast to get it out the door and it's not ready yet or move on from older functionality that still needs optimizations.

Global Learning Management Strategy: Scalable and Customizable through Docebo
Comments: Overall, from customer support to providing comprehensive customer education, Docebo has surpassed my expecation. In addition, their pipeline of new features and such is quite good. They keep a close ear to what the market needs.
Pros:
The system itself matches almost all of my company's various L&D requirements. Both internally and externally. To top things off, the support from the account manager and their customer education team is superb.
Cons:
Overall, the system is able to meet our requirements. That said, it would be nice if I can setup admin accounts that come with hands on support coming from the system. A full tutorial experience for other admins so that will handhold them while they're still new. This would lock or consistently/persistently produce pop ups while a main admin feels that the sub admin is still inexperienced. Docebo was comprehensive in training me, but it seems that too many people do not know how to search for documentation on their own. Forcing such individuals to experience a super spoon-fed experience may be what's needed for some individuals.
Docebo
Pros:
I love the Community, Docebo University and our CSM.
Cons:
They are still growing and development is slow
Docebo - a solid learning partner
Comments: Docebo has been a solid product to use. It allows us to deliver training and professional development content to multiple audiences - internal employees, contractors, system integrators and customers. While there are still come improvements to the base product to be made (some legacy pages still exist, making admin tedious), overall it is very easy to use.
Pros:
Options for customization, add on features such as Coach and Share, versatility for use cases, continuing to innovate new solutions for users
Cons:
Legacy pages are very clunky and make the admin job tedious.

Excellent scalable and customizable learning management system
Comments: I have the best sales and knowledge reps ever. They are always ready to answer my craziest questions and weirdest ideas that I have to use on the platform. The help desk is super quick and helpful assisting in issues that arise. The overall experience has been outstanding. Docebo offers a robust and user-friendly platform that streamlines the process of creating, managing, and delivering training content.
Pros:
Docebo has been very helpful in standardizing our training for both our employees and customers, and making it possible to conduct a lot of training asynchronously, drastically increasing our reach and reducing the amount of time and travel spent by instructors.
Cons:
Reporting, My Team features, gamification & eCommerce integrations
How Docebo Unified Our LMS Content
Comments: The establishment and migration process was a breeze compared to other migrations. Customer service and technical support is fantastic.
Pros:
Our company needed to combine both external and internal training content from several LMS and merge into one central LMS. The ability to set up branches has allowed us to do that while still allowing customization and controlling the type of access needed for each departmental usage.
Cons:
Reporting feature (as with all LMS I've come across) is still not robust enough in it's customization features. We still have to export raw data into another application to get the reports we need.
Single Systems for Customer, Partner and Internal
Comments: Excellent implementation experience and easy to use platform, both as a learner and as an administrator
Pros:
Outstanding support by implementation team, able to manage three distinct and separate training programs on one platform (Customer, Partner, Internal), Intuitive interface for Admins
Cons:
Versioning of training material from Central Repository, Exam score history, learning plan functionality

The platform's robust features have enabled us to achieve remarkable milestones in employee training and development. One memorable experience was collaborating with [sensitive content hidden], a key member of the Docebo team, whose expertise and guidance were instrumental in optimizing our learning strategies. Together, we implemented innovative solutions that significantly enhanced learner engagement and performance. With Docebo's support, we continue to achieve new levels of success in our training programs, driving positive outcomes for our organization..
Pros:
he overall experience with the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) has been outstanding. Docebo offers a robust and user-friendly platform that streamlines the process of creating, managing, and delivering training content. One of the key strengths of Docebo is its intuitive interface, which makes it easy for administrators to upload course materials, track learner progress, and generate reports. The platform's customizable features allow for the creation of tailored learning paths and the incorporation of multimedia content, enhancing the overall learning experience. Docebo provides a seamless and engaging learning environment from a learner's perspective. The platform is accessible across various devices, ensuring flexibility and convenience for users. Its interactive features, such as quizzes, surveys, and discussion forums, foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among learners. Overall, Docebo stands out for its user-friendly interface, customization options, and interactive features, making it a valuable tool for organizations seeking to enhance their learning and development initiatives.
Cons:
1. pricing, 2.customization limitations and 3. complexity

Great LMS!
Comments: The team are helpful, buying and setting up was so simple. We have definitely taken advantage of the coach and share features within our business. Would definitely buy again.
Pros:
I love that people are able to share their own content, our most popular content comes from people within the business and this platform is ideal for capturing and encouraging internal knowledge sharing. It is also really easy to customise for different viewing audiences.
Cons:
I wish the formal (courses) and informal (user shared) learning content could interconnect more easily, it's not a deal breaker, but would mean I don't have to maintain two content libraries.
Alternatives Considered:
Excellent choice for small organisation
Comments: I am an experienced LMS Admin, so opted for the Lite onboarding approach and found that it worked very well and very easily. the Implementation support was excellent, thorough and focussed and we set the platform up for use within 12 weeks quite easily. The support from the company has been prompt, and always helpful. Very happy with the purchase, the implementation and the product.
Pros:
As well as all the expected functionality you would get on an LMS, you have some useful and exciting additional features that make the difference. The ability to add observation checklists (work based activities) to a course to add practical application to a course. Very easy to set up and use Gamification, with rewards earned for a whole range of activities on the platform, plus contests and leaderboards. Also the Discover, Coach and Share expert moderated, channels to support community learning. These 3 features, plus the flexibility of configuration and how easy it is to change the look and feel to suit your needs. Very few fixed structures that you can't get away from.
Cons:
Very little has caused issues. We have taken the platform bundled with content and didn't realise that we would have to import each item of content and then put it into a course shell to make it available to users. I had thought they would have direct access. This is cumbersome, and a bit time consuming, but about the only thing I have not been happy with.
Why I like Docebo Learn
Comments: Overall the experience with Docebo has been positive. They are very engaged with me & when I was at their annual meeting, the account manager introduced me to people who could help in some things he knew I would be interested in. Just one more reason to appreciate the customer experience with them.
Pros:
Docebo has a platform that we can grow into. They make updates that make the organization look good, as it keeps the learner view and/or experience fresh. The customer service aspect is very good - there is a chat & a knowledge library & community at your fingertips. And they have a system of upvoting ideas that the community may make.
Cons:
When setting up your system, there are a lot of things to do. One of the frustrating things can be the number of clicks to create something.

My favorite LMS!
Comments: I've used Docebo with two different companies. I've had an overall good experience and would choose it again. Most of my everyday tasks work well and are easy to use.
Pros:
I love the way users, courses, lesson plans, and reporting are organized. I can generally configure the platform to do what I need to do regarding managing users and tracking course completions/scores. I also love how the dashboard and buttons can be customized. I was able to configure the look and feel of the platform to match our branding.
Cons:
My least favorite aspect is the difficulty of trying to troubleshoot bugs in the system. We've had some tracking issues without Docebo Marketplace content that haven't been able to be resolved. When I have to ask IT for help, my requests are generally unresolved.

Docebo is the way to go!
Pros:
Overall based on many different previously used LMSs, it's like night and day. Docebo is so much easier to use than anything. Just hired two new team members and they both after 1 week in Docebo cant believe how much easier it is than any other system.
Cons:
Checklist feature needs to do much better with reporting and scheduling features.
Super Admin Review of Docebo as an LMS
Comments: My experience with the support chat feature has been pretty amazing. We did not have the ability to contact the platform of our former LMS so even just being able to validate that there isn't a better way (when developing a workaround for a feature not yet available) is very helpful.
Pros:
It's lightyears ahead of our former LMS, but as we grow into using more aspect of the platform, the pain points are more prominent.
Cons:
lack of intuitive reporting (see above, cobble together various reports) and soft deadlines for LPs (IE we can't use days of validity on LPs for this reason). These are my two biggest pain points at the moment.
Great platform and service
Comments: In terms of the platform's core functionality and user experience, everything meets our expectations quite well. However, we've identified activation and marketing automation as the most significant challenges. Streamlining these aspects would greatly enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our engagement with the platform.
Pros:
We experienced a seamless integration process with our existing systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), which was a major advantage. The platform's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) are exceptional, offering intuitive navigation and a user-friendly design. The support from the Docebo team during the kick-off phase was commendable; their technological expertise is clearly mirrored in their customer service and technical support. This combination of advanced technology and skilled personnel greatly enhanced our overall experience with the Docebo platform.
Cons:
One area for improvement in the Docebo platform is the webinar registration process. It's not as straightforward as simply clicking a link, as you might with Teams or Zoom, which can be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the platform could enhance its capabilities in tracking offline training and capturing offline data.
Inches away from a perfect platform
Pros:
The customization that allows me to make the platform look and behave how I want it. I don't mention any other features that are standard or expected from a learning platform because I don't have to worry about them. They are all there and ready to use in a clear and easy way.
Cons:
The interface is inconsistent. The entire product feels like a continuous project, which obviously it is, in a way that's not always good. At moments you feel like you're time travelling to years past and working on an old interface.
Good platform for learning platform
Comments: My overall experience with Docebo has been positive. Despite the few challenges the benefits significantly outweigh the drawbacks. The platform has transformed how we approach learning and development, making it more dynamic and accessible. Its user-friendly nature and comprehensive learning tools have made it an invaluable asset to our training strategy. While there's room for improvement, particularly in support and integrations, I'd still recommend Docebo to anyone looking for a robust learning management system.
Pros:
Docebo shines with its wide array of learning tools and resources. The ability to customize learning paths for different users is a game-changer for me. It's streamlined the training process for my team, making it easier to track progress and engagement. The platform is user-friendly. I found navigating through courses, creating content, and monitoring learner progress straightforward from the get-go. This ease of use has significantly reduced the time I spend on administrative tasks.
Cons:
Integration Challenges: While Docebo offers integration capabilities, I've encountered some hurdles getting it to seamlessly connect with other tools we use. This has sometimes led to workflow inefficiencies and a need for workarounds.
Revolutionizing Learning with AI and Innovation
Comments: It is like having a super-smart learning buddy. It’s great for anyone who wants to learn stuff without the headache. Just tap in, learn, and shine!
Pros:
Whether you have a small team or a global workforce, Docebo scales effortlessly. Its cloud-based infrastructure ensures seamless access, even for remote learners.
Cons:
Docebo’s pricing can be like solving a tricky puzzle. You gotta know what you want to pick the right plan.
Easy user access, an LMS we appreciate!
Pros:
I like that Docebo has a network of tools and resources to support learning in our company.
Cons:
Some of the navigation in Docebo is not productive and I would like to be able to quick key things to get to where I want more productively.
Docebo aligns with our requirements, budget, and offers a seamless learning experience for both learners and facilitators
Pros:
I liked the onboarding process. They took us through the entire platform step by step, and the onboarding specialist was helpful in answering all our questions. With Docebo, you don't have to create a new learning plan every time, unlike our previous LMS. You can create one and use it over and over, saving you time. Their support system is great, and it's clear their staff is well-trained to provide assistance when needed. I also appreciate the flexibility when creating learner and facilitator dashboards. I can customize to create a clean dashboard, making it easy for learners and facilitators to access their materials and live sessions.
Cons:
One thing that could use some improvement is how they handle learner notifications. While all the necessary components are there, it would be really handy if users had the option to create specific folders, especially for clients who prefer custom emails that can be reused. Currently, everything is in one big list, and having folders to organize notifications would make things much more organized and user-friendly.
Docebo supports!
Pros:
I like how they listen to what their clients need. They adapt, provide options, and allow their clients to get what they need.
Cons:
If you get Docebo as a third party from a different provider, your options would have limitations as some features are not available, like when you directly get to Docebo
Intuitive LMS
Pros:
The ease of use, along with all the functions available.
Cons:
IT help desk service could be faster when issues present themselves.
Docebo has it all!
Pros:
The ease of use, flexibility in delivery model of material, and the variety of products offered.
Cons:
Customer service model can be tricky to navigate at times. Chatting isn't always easy when trying to explain a problem.
Docebo Review
Comments: Docebo is flexible whether it is on the learning or admin side of the platform. Docebo is innovative and always working towards integrating new and fresh opportunities for ease of engagement and integrations with their customers.
Pros:
Ease of use for the learners and ease for admins. Loading content for course creation allows for many opportunities as well as structuring and assigning learning plans. We utilize implementation strategies for merging Workday, Teams, and SSO which makes life easier as we move to integrate our entire company enhancing employee development.
Cons:
As a customer, understand you are creating your own platform (with guidance). If you are not tech savvy prepare to contract assistance from someone who does know the technical language. Docebo has an incredible team and they know what they are doing but they also need to know their audience and who needs extra hand-holding in the process.
Docebo is a good option for LMS
Comments: The experience has improved over the last few months. It has been challenging to get concrete responses related to issues we have been experiencing.
Pros:
Easy to use - intuitive platform, with a lot of features.
Cons:
Further case scenario testing is required before deploying a new feature. We went through several implementations for which we had challenges. Also, I think there is an opportunity to improve basic existent features in the LMS, such as automated unenrollment, and course search and navigation...
