> **Pros**: Love the Parent portal where families can access assessment outcomes and news. It's one of the main reasons we moved across to ICP. They are proactive in helping whenever we need and are welcoming of any feedback. The uniform shop is really good too. Easy to integrate into website and customise headings. Most of the reporting and customer financial set up is pretty good. It covers the basics of what any studio / club would need.

> **Cons**: Would like more detailed reports for assessments, trials and conversions. As well as financial reports that can break down which families are on what payment structure and help us project ahead for budgeting purposes. Would be good to have a feature for customers to enter their government voucher number upon enrolment so make the systems more automated. Would love to see ICP use a timetable view instead of list view for website integration.

> Really good platform and probably one of the best out there that is specific to our industry. I would like to see more sophisticated reporting functions as we are at the point of wanting to scale and measure in more detail.

> **Cons**: Having to go out of screens to find out information and then go back in instead of being able to click within the screen you are in. E.g. In a student's file and parent's ask a question about another class and you have to leave what you are doing with them to find the information and then come back in - so time consuming

> **Pros**: iClassPro helps you organise your classes and organise your students in those classes\! In addition, there are many other features to help run a business smoothly like billing customers, and distributing newsletters.

> **Cons**: Some features are very useful but could be better. The skill tracking for example, is a great addition as it helps track athletes on their journey. But the skill tree can grow very quickly. Billing can be a bit complex too, as there are a lot of different billing methods.
> 
> Overall, using iClassPro has been a great benefit for us. Customers can clearly see which classes their children are enrolled in, add medical information, and request make-up classes. The Parent Portal and associated app make it easy for them to access too.
