Using It For Years

Comments: We have been using Productioneer for years at TPIC. The application has evolved and continues to evolve around our business needs as well as the users. From the pumpers to the owners, everyone uses it always putting us on the same page. Makes discussions easier when everyone is seeing the same data..

Pros:

Ease of Use Integration with other systems Customer Support Reports Always Improving

Not much here, but they are forcing me to use 40 characters.

Good data and information repository and reporting

Comments: For our company, Productioneer has been a great way to bridge the information gap between production/engineering and accounting. As an accountant, I find it much easier to get answers to questions related to operations or production using Productioneer. It is a common platform in our company that all appreciate and understand. Previously, our company relied on completely separate reporting systems (different spreadsheets and information for production vs. the separate accounting system). Now, Productioneer offers (almost) a "one-stop shop" for most of our company's needed reports. In addition, it uses information from the accounting system to provide consistency among the systems and departments of our company.

Pros:

Wide variety of reports available, including custom reports. Support staff is always very responsive. All have a "can do" attitude with regards to fulfilling requests for new reports, capabilities, or features.

Cons:

Nothing significant, although there are probably some custom reports that would be beneficial for accounting (my work) that I am not aware. I use Productioneer primarily for accounting-related lookups and tasks instead of operational/production analyses.

Productioneer is a great product

Comments: Productioneer gives me easy access to well test data and allows me to get the data I want when I want it.

Pros:

Productioneer allows me to look at all kinds of well and production data for all my wells with a few clicks of the mouse. I can see daily data, monthly data and annual data. There is a long list of available reports. I have easy access to well test data and theoretical production data. After viewing my data, I can quickly export the data to a spreadsheet or other file type for manipulation and advanced plotting. It's fast and the software is easy to use and reliable.

Cons:

I would like to export my data from Productioneer and be able to immediately open the exported file without having to go look for it. It's not a big deal but I would like to have that convenience.

This Is A Must Have

Comments: The very first thing I do every day at work is log-in to Productioneer and the last thing I do before I leave is log-off. I work in it all day. I capture field costs, run customized production reports, review P&L statements, generate spreadsheets used in monthly and annual regulatory reporting, analyze drilling operations, research well histories, generate workover timelines and much more. I use it for everything. This software is extremely reliable and the customer support is great--very responsive and willing to create customized solutions specifically for me!

I would like to have an archive feature in the Field Costs Ledger

Productioneer Software review

Comments: Productioneer allows me to accurately allocate the volumes that are needed for accounting and analyzing data. Productioneer is very user friendly! Also any issues that I have had, have been resolved immediately! This software allows my job to flow very smoothly!

Pros:

I use this software daily/all day with great ease! Productioneer has great reports that I can easily pull for my daily and monthly accounting. Allocations are created with ease and very accurate.

Cons:

There is nothing I can say negatively about Productioneer. I have had no issues with the software at all!

Production data in real time

Comments: Being able to review historical data, create custom charts and review well economics is a huge plus. The ability to add/edit data on the fly is a must in todays world.

Pros:

The software is easily customizable. Reports can be run on demand or automated to run at designated times. Report data can be populated from several different sources within Productioneer and behind-the-scenes calculation can be done.

Cons:

Looking for the day when a true mobile app will be implemented.

Great Tool for Engineers

Comments: Productioneer has many plots pre-created which allows me to look at data quickly and react, saving both time and money for the company.

Pros:

Very user friendly. Can create charts for any data that is being recorded. Great tool for monitoring oil and gas production and all of the associated equipment.

Cons:

There are really no negatives I can think about for the software. An iphone app version would be nice to have for weekends and evenings for ease of use.

USER FRIENDLY

Pros:

CREATING A CUSTOM REPORT BY FIELD AND SPECIFIC TO WELLS REGARDLESS OF THEIR STATUS IS EASY TO ACCESS. I USE THIS SOFTWARE AS A TOOL TO DO MY JOB AND RETRIEVE DATA QUICKLY IN ORDER TO MEET MY INTERNAL DEADLINES AND HAVE UTILIZED THIS SOFTWARE IN REFERENCE TO OUTSIDE OWNERS AND COMPANIES.

Cons:

I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONS. I CURRENTLY HAVE NOT CONTACTED OUR IT DEPARTMENT DUE TO THIS SOFTWARE NOT WORKING.

Timeless

Comments: Productioneer has made my position in accounting much easier to report and calculate production volumes.

Pros:

Ease of usefulness. I am able to group all of my reports into one report module so i do not have to search and drill down upon entering software.

Cons:

much of my use of Productioneer is in Allocation and Well Status, not much use for most other modules

Productivity Enhancement tool you can carry everywhere.

Comments: It's an extremely powerful tool used by everyone from pumpers to management. Support is second to none.

Pros:

There are reports to analyze and diagnose any problem from production, to SWD's, to compressors.

Cons:

Sometimes it takes a while to find a report that I use sporadically.

Made My Life So Much Easier!

Comments: The personal detail that is provided to the customer is outstanding. Every request that has been asked for has not only been implemented, but also includes "built ins" for future reporting that is "outside of the box" thinking. This software has saved so much time in my own position, ie, a week's worth of work has now been reduced to 1 hour with the push of a button. This is an all in one product that every department can now use to interface with each other. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Pros:

This software program allows the user to have customized reports tailored specifically for the info that is needed in a concise format. Furthermore, the download capabilities can extract the info into different formats for different usages.

Cons:

I do not have any cons regarding this product.

Great Software

Pros:

It was very intuitive. Plus, the support team is extremely helpful.

Cons:

I can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like.
