Being an FDA regulated and ISO 13485 manufacturer, the integration between QT9's ERP and QMS is a huge advantage for us as well, providing full traceability and direct integration between our operations and our quality system. The interface is simple to learn, and our team adopted it quickly. Implementation was much smoother than expected, and the QT9 support team was excellent throughout the process. In the near future, we will start using the Manufacturing Jobs, Sales Orders, and Shipping modules. The training sessions have been great, and I feel confident we will be able to use all the modules to run our business effectively. The import tools to get your existing data into QT9 are effective. And if you use the help function and menu, you'll be able to answer 90% of your questions on your own.
