Abba is rad
Comments: It was easy to learn and easy to train new employees to use.
Pros:
Its very user friendly. Easy to use and navigate.
Cons:
The glitches in faxio, however abba team is very friendly
AbbaDox - Break metrics records, not the bank.
Comments: My experience with AbbaDox has been very pleasant. The software works well, and we don't have to call in many tickets. Their support staff is responsive and attentive. Even if there is a bad day, they handle the pressure with professionalism and poise.
Pros:
Being an administrator, I enjoy the backend tools. The number of tools is vast. We have fine-grained control over just about everything. I don't feel restricted when changes are needed.
Cons:
Being a cloud service, it has the side-effect of having to share the resources on the cloud. When a new customer comes onboard, we sometimes see some performance issues when they start their day (we are east coast). But that is the nature of the beast. They address those issues as quickly as they can.
Feedback
Comments: has been positive but the implementation was very challenging, especially with the loading time.
Pros:
its easy to use and understand, no issues with the application when its working properly.
Cons:
implementations and fixes take a very long time to get resolved.
Great program
Comments: Very user friendly. Everyone has been nice and very informative.
Pros:
Registering process is straight forward. The program is very user friendly. It is nice to be able to print appointment details for the patient.
Cons:
Having to use a different program to scan docs. In faxio not able to see dates and comments in chart.
An amazing product from an outstanding company
Comments: Our overall experience has been great. We do encounter small issues from time to time but the Abbadox support team responds very quickly to our problems and gets them resolved right away. It's also great that the leadership and sales teams check in with us on a regular basis to ensure things are working as they should.
Pros:
It's an easy to use system backed by outstanding customer service. Both their sales and support teams were with us every step of the way.
Cons:
Honestly, I haven't found anything I don't like about their system or the company.
AbbaDox Administrative Revue
Comments: Excellent! The one-on-one care from AbbaDox's team has been phenomenal.
Pros:
This product has allowed us to re-position or not replace over 5 FTE's due to how efficient it works. We've completely caught up our backlog of patient scheduling and our time on hold has decreased to less than 1 minute when patients/physicians call in to schedule appointments.
Cons:
Can't think of anything at this time. If you need a CON, I with that the Kiosk option was available now instead of having to wait until the Fall.
An excellent EMS/EMR that makes it easy to do the things we need
Comments: Excellent product for what our 50+ year practice needs to support multiple counties here in Florida.
Pros:
I have used various EMS/EMR products including ECW and Abbadox is beyond the best so far in setup, functionality, and resources.
Cons:
IT does go down quite often which I believe may have to do with the amount of servers you have dedicated to the practice but Support is top notch and you get it resolved pretty quick/
An amazing company with an outstanding software solution
Comments: Abbadox has been an amazing system to date. We replaced an outdated RIS and it's amazing to have so many new features available to our staff, patients and referring physicians.
Pros:
Their software is feature rich. The integration was smooth and their team took their time to really understand our unique workflows so they could customize their system to meet our daily needs. After go-live, they're still working with our staff on an almost daily basis to ensure we're running at peak efficiency. If we should uncover an issue, they're amazingly fast on resolving it. Out of all our numerous vendors, I have to rate Abbadox as #1 because of their speed, and more importantly, their customer service.
Cons:
To be honest, I can't think of any cons....the only con that comes to mind is that we didn't get their system sooner.
True Partners/Collaborators
Comments: A company or product is only as strong as the people behind it. That is what separates Abbadox from other companies we've worked with. It's easy to make promises while trying to sell a product but there are very few companies who actually stand behind their words and fulfill those promises. Abbadox has been a true partner with us in improving our workflow and helping us to serve our patients and Medical Providers.
Pros:
The product itself is sleek, robust and easy to learn and use. We've been able to integrate it seamlessly with our PACS and other business critical functions. The product is also continuously improving and evolving to stay relevant and on the leading edge.
Cons:
Any negatives that have come up have been addressed quickly and efficiently

Comments: In general, it is a positive experience.
Pros:
user friendly software making it very easy for layperson to use in short training time.
Cons:
as with any software there are always some glitches. the team at Abbadox seem to be able to resolve most issues.

Easy to Use
Pros:
Finding reports is very easy. Saving the reports is very easy.
Cons:
I only use the software to access reports needed and then save them to my PC.

Pros:
Lo mas que nos agrada del producto es la simplicidad con la cual lo podemos manejar, los colores de los estatus en el sheduler. La importancia de que podemos ver un flujo de trabajo al momento y mejorar nuestra puntualidad con el servico al paciente.
Cons:
Lo menos que nos agrada es el area de pending que no sincroniza bien con el scheduler, existe un area de oportunidad para ustedes en esto. Para esto creamos unos libros de pending por modalidad y asi lo manejamos.
