It keeps a historical record of bookings for other purposes.

> **Cons**: Nothing to dislike. But payment system could be improved by facilitating progressive payments—starting with a booking fee (non refundable) and hire deposit (% of full hire) then final payment ( balance of full hire + bond).

> Very happy with this service. Regular venue users like the convenience of being able to check out date availability and sel book.
