As the admin for the whole site I really like the way sub-contractors are made responsible for their own teams with a very easy overview from me. No-one gets on site without the basic 3 requirements and head office can see at a glance if I am completing my responsibilities fully. I have had several H\&S audits and passed with flying colours with high praise for the Boxcore system and the ease of use. Having our company inductions and on-boarding forms on the system has in general sped up getting people on to site and working, We have some work to do from our company side to make this better but that is defiantly not an issue with Boxcore. > > **Cons**: Only improvements I could recommend is a better system for GA3 documentation as they have to be done every 7 days and as such it is always showing as orange (due to expire) rather than green, my OCD has an issue with this as do like my Dashboard to show green as much as possible.
