> **Pros**: There was a rush to use e-notarization platforms during the pandemic. The larger / more established companies were so busy they were not taking on new clients. This was the only company that was available so I went with them as the only option. Availability is an ability. &#10;&#10;After payment, I was in live training session to familiarize myself with the product. The instructor was knowledgeable and allowed for all questions to be addressed. That was the best the product was as it only went downhill from here.

> **Cons**: We signed up with this company as they advertised they were capable of e-notarization of estate planning documents. About a week after we paid and went through training I received an email from an exec apologizing that the product is not capable of estate planning in my state but that they were working with the developers to correct this issue. &#10;&#10;We continued to use the product to e-notarize deeds. The product worked fine up until the moment it came for the notary to sign at which point it wouldn't allow access. I contacted support and they informed me that if the notary is also the person who setup the document they need to logout. I learned that for next time and had to do the process all over again with the client (this time in person as the client didn't want to do it electronically again). &#10;&#10;The next deed we signed took a total of three hours and still didn't work at the same step as before even though I made sure to logout. Some of the delay was due to my clients not answering their "knowledge based authorization" questions correctly. The client showed me the questions she got wrong and they were from the 1970s. I believe this is a State of Florida thing and not a SignIx thing but I can't blame my client for not knowing the answer to a 50 year old question. When I called support this time they informed me this was a novel issue and they had to assign this to the programmers to correct the issue.

> Based on my issues and what support informed me, I think this product was released to the general public too early. I get it, there was a pandemic going on and they had a product that society was craving and I probably would have done the same thing if I were them. I believe the product has the potential to be great in the future, but right now there are too many uncorrected bugs with this product that makes it not worth the time for both the client and the user.

> **Pros**: Compared to other electronic signature platforms, SIGNiX is certainly at the top. Preparing the documents is basically drag and drop. Clients are automatically invited to an encrypted zoom call and you can easily walk them through the process.&#10;&#10;They worked hard on constantly improving it and you can really tell the difference to a year ago.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately, the security features do disqualify a lot of people from even accessing their documents. Especially the KBA questions pose a big barrier.&#10;&#10;Also, keep in mind that the contract you agree to with them is over several years and even tho you can cancel any time you have to do so at least 30 days prior to the end of every full year.

> Good product and great customer service. Also their \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] of eNotary products is very responsive and helps out wherever possible.

> **Pros**: We switched from DocVerify, which had great support and marketing, but the software was not nearly as easy to use (did not have the image capture technology) and the ability to tab documents was glitchy.  Signix support is just as good, the training is really comprehensive (unlike its competitors) and best of all, it has a demo toggle so you can practice without paying for an actual notarization price just to learn the software.  The pricing is very straightforward.  For DocVerify, the pricing was confusing and turned out to be much more expensive than the advertising suggests.  Signix is straightforward, in pricing and use, and built well.

> **Cons**: Signix does not offer to maintain the recordkeeping for RON (some other services offer this).  But it is nothing. Get a dropbox or use google apps.
