### "User unfriendly zero support no reliable tut" — 2.0/5

> **Pros**: If you can figure it out it have good scanner but extremely hard to set up and use. Worse than coding.

> **Cons**: It was malfunctioning from the start. I tried three different credit cards, each time encountering a different error, and I ended up giving the card information through a chatbot with a live support to make it work. Once you have access, it is extremely hard to use or to save chart designs or any changes. There won’t be any live support for products only for pay\!

As for Holy AI, the same issues persist. You can't see what it is trading. When you email them, they send you to their YouTube channel. When you call, they never answer their phone. It's a hit-and-miss way to do business. They should care about new customers and at least offer a 30-minute walkthrough. Instead, they again email you a link to YouTube. Their YouTube tutorials are said to be by an AI, and it's not easy to listen to—machine vs. man.

Overall, they charge you $250 per month for hard-to-use software and do not provide a proper user manual.
