> **Pros**: Easy to use, non technical, simple intuitive step by step instructions. Chrome extension is lightweight \&amp; rarely does not perform. Capturing technical workflows and turning them into clean, shareable guides is unmatched.

> **Cons**: For smaller teams for testing you can get away with the free version but paid for bigger teams to redact unnecessary complicated info.

> We used Scribe to document internal processes and onboarding for a growing client, it’s saved us hundreds of hours from boring data entry meetings \&amp; endless questions. What stands out most is how fast and easy it is. Even non-technical staff can create clear, step-by-step guides effortlessly. One of the best productivity tools I’ve used in years.

> **Cons**: Quite honestly, I have not encountered much that I don't love about Scribe. Even the features that are "OK" are still insanely more efficient than the alternative (manually creating documentation)

> We have seen is marked improvement in the consistency and clarity of our documentation. Before Scribe, user instructions were often scattered across PDFs, emails, and chat threads. Now, everything is centralized, easy to update, and visually intuitive.&#10;&#10;Adoption has grown quickly—not just within our Technology Services team, but across departments. We’ve seen enthusiastic use by program staff, HR, and finance, all of whom are now creating Scribes to document and share their processes. This cross-functional use has helped foster a culture of documentation and knowledge-sharing that we’ve been working toward for years.&#10;&#10;We recently change the name of our organization, which involved an update to every single team member device, across three countries.
