> **Pros**: There truly are no pros for ClassPass. I've used it for almost 7 years and I am officially head up and cancelling indefinitely.

> **Cons**: Horrible customer service. Will never make an exception if you need to cancel a class and will charge you the late fee. No matter the reason. The quality of classes have gone so down over the years.

> Such a rip off. Horrible Customer Service. Frustrating beyond belief to try and work with the chat AI bot. Never are you actually talking to a person and even if you do get through, their response is just sending the link to the rules on cancellations and fees.

I would also like to see my favourite classes on the dashboard so I can book with one tap, instead of having to scroll through the studio's schedule. Would be super if there could be a push reminder to rebook next week's class as soon as the booking window opens.

> I love using Classpass but it could definitely improve its user-friendliness. E.g. use history-based prediction to send reminders to book, or even auto-book multiple classes in advance, integrate with Google Calendar.
