She responds to the dumbest inquiries with patience and professionalism. She is careful to always explain things and never signs off until I really "get it."  I appreciate her so sincerely. The ONLINE Chat feature is CRITICAL.  I use it so much and your customer service team is really REALLY Grade A.

> **Pros**: Once I have everything input for the school year, it pretty much runs itself as long as you do not have to make any changes.  It is easy to check families payments and balances.

> **Cons**: Have not been able to configure a single Custom report on my own.  Cannot make my way through all the steps to come up with info I am wanting.  Also, changing a payment plan absolutely drives me crazy because you lose the first months if you change after the payment year begins\!\!\!  I really do not like that part at all.

> The Accounts Receivables is working pretty good.  However, I attribute that to my many years of getting to know Smart Tuition and having an absolutely excellent support person that has been a wonderful teacher.  There are a lot of details you have to learn in order to make corrections in your invoicing and again it is very confusing and can mess up your bottom line if you are not extremely careful with undoing an item and reinvoicing.

I like that I have the option to create and customize reports, perform SSI reports and manage my account myself.

> **Cons**: I do not like that the email parents feature cannot be customized. I feel this can look too generic, especially if the communication is of high importance. I understand that accounts are family based, but I would like to have the option to view more in student based accounts. Specifically, reporting and accounting would be easier for year end in student billing.

My account representative,\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is always eager to help and is always so attentive to my needs and demands. She always responds in a timely fashion and cannot be more helpful. She is the main reason why I would recommend this product to anyone.
