> **Pros**: Fantastic product making a once arduous task simple and easy. Very user friendly interface with incredibly dynamic and professional appearance.

> **Cons**: Pricing. Would be more likely to proceed with entering an agreement with Tactic if the pricing was more in line with our Operations Budget. At present we can use Microsoft for these kind of tasks and so cannot justify paying the additional costs merely for a prettier interface.

> **Pros**: I liked how easy it was to book desks and meeting rooms, our team picked it up fast. The map view showing who is in which seat was handy for our hybrid setup. Set up was straightforward and we didn’t need lots of training.

> **Cons**: I didn’t like that some availability displays weren’t always accurate, we had a few misbookings. A couple of mobile interface bits felt a little clunky compared to desktop.
> 
> Overall, Tactic gave us the core booking workflow we needed with minimal errors. For what it is, desk and room booking, it did the job well, might need more for complex scheduling but we were covered.

> It is pleasing that our system allows for easy access and organization of names and email addresses. Additionally, you have the option to collapse the account position, ensuring a less cluttered list of names.
