> **Pros**: It prepares basic returns accurately.  Here are more words to meet the one hundred  word minimum requirement.

> **Cons**: It is super expensive.  Fine.  The real problem is that when there is a complex support issue, you can only get a very inexperienced, junior agent who cannot solve the problem. I have been a customer for 30 years and have essentially given up on calling for support because it is a complete waste of time. I wish I had selected a product that would provide real customer service.

> Extremely disappointing. I pay a very premium price and I get nothing but very substandard support when a complex  issue is encounter.  I am completely on my own with no support from Lacerte for which I pay a lot of money for.

> **Cons**: Support has tanked this year. The Lacerte database has corrupted many individual files and tech support says there is nothing they can do and aren't allowed to escalate the issue. This happened last year and they were able to resolve the issue after escalating it to another team
> 
> We're done. Tech support can't do anything and the Lacerte tool hub if broken. Support says they are working on it but its been years since its worked.
