> **Pros**: I recently started using Startup Tree and found it fairly easy to navigate. Some things were not intuitive, but I managed to find what I needed. 

When I encountered a problem, tech support was there to walk me through the situation.

> **Cons**: It took several attempts and several days to fix the tech problem I encountered. For some reason, I could not access my account. I tried all the usual fixes like resetting my password, rebooting my computer, etc. During this time I was in contact with Startup Tree via email and they were troubleshooting on their end. They had to reset my password from their side.
> 
> The tech support person was helpful in that she fixed my problem.  It just took a few days which could have been stressful if I were up against a deadline, luckily I was not. Hopefully, Startup Tree learned something as well because they had never seen the error I was seeing before.

> **Pros**: Startup Tree has enabled us to keep our entrepreneurship components all in one platform. We can post competitions, events, conferences, and mentorships all in one place while getting all the needed metrics. It has saved me much time keeping all this in one place.

> **Cons**: The only con I have for Startup Tree is for metric questions you have to manually upload each question each time for any event/competition you choose to have. Wish you could save all your metric questions and have them uploaded ready to go instead of manually inputting each question each time you have an event.
