Social media automation can be easy

5.0 9 months ago

Pros:

Creating a lot of content across multiple platforms can be as easy as having the right tool. Ocoya is that tool. It harnesses the power of AI to create all the content you need quickly and posts them for you everywhere. Awesome!

Cons:

I wish there were a solid mobile experience because that's where I prefer doing most of my social media.

Alternatives Considered:

Good tool that needs some improvements

4.0 last year

Comments: If we worked only with Twitter, Meta, Linkedin and posted unique posts - that would be fine. But we are often reusing content across different platforms and in this case it's a bit complicated

Pros:

Lifetime deal with AppSumo. Overall the tool does what it has to do: it is integrated with the majority of social media platforms

Cons:

Missing integration with Google Business Profile and TikTok. There are disadvantages in terms of planning (for example, if I want to post on Facebook and LinkedIn, but the time or date is different, then I need to create one for each platform separately, they cannot be duplicated to change the platform), this leads to unnecessary actions that eat up the time.

The content scheduling feature is easy to use and allows you to schedule posts across multiple platforms, making social media management streamlined.

Ocoya Review

5.0 last year

Comments: Ocoya helped me develop more on the social media side. We reduced the time with postrails because we did them beforehand and scheduled the posts. Professional templates are helpful in creating professional ads that attract users.

Pros:

It has a user-friendly interface and can manage multiple accounts hassle-free.

Cons:

I dislike the fact that more serious analysis is only for large companies that apply for the Diamond account

Automated RSS publishing with AI is best and also worst for me

4.0 last year

Pros:

Post Scheduling feature is precise and AI-powered Automated Publishing has been beneficial, although encountered a some hiccup with the RSS feed. The Content Management feature, particularly the AI writer, is great for drafting.

Cons:

Support can be quite slow and some miscommunication. The RSS which I like the most and also the least because till today, still support can't solve one of the RSS.

Social Media Tooling, Scheduling, Automating

4.0 last year

Pros:

I use this for my side projects. I think the rise of ai and bundling it with the previously established workflow such as scheduling content makes this tools stands out, you only need an idea of how post should be, and just iterating, without the hassle of create anything from scratch.

Cons:

sometimes people needs more generous free tier, especially lots of us from southeast asia needs more credit just to make sure. but overall all good.

Good but expensive

4.0 12 months ago

Pros:

It is very good that you can create and also post on many accounts and in many platforms. Also, the automations are very helpful!

Cons:

It is a littlie bit expensive but it is ok, if someone thinks what this tool can do. Also the languages are not so many. For example, Greek are not supported.

My honest review of OCOYA

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Currently I'm more than impressed with the tool and surely there are areas that require improvements but the overall value is amazing as it can only be further improved....! love it...!

Pros:

I like the user interphase that is quite intuitive and easy to navigate, especially after the latest review that improved further the usability.I'm quite impressed with the new add-ons that make content creation quite easy and obtain professional results after their final publication in Social media, scheduling is also quite easy to do and worked just fine...!Surely it's a tool that I'm actually recommending to other companies.

Cons:

So far the integration with the new AI the expected results are not close from what is required so you need to either change the way to prepare it or look at external sources for the corresponding media. I guess this is a common problem in many new AI software.

It has functions that need to be improved for its price

5.0 last year

Comments: He helped us organize our weekly meetings and get our work in order.

Pros:

It helps us organize and plan our work while using Ocoya. The price could be a little more reasonable.

Cons:

The saddest point is the pricing policy, at least for us. It may become more suitable for each country.

Disappointment

2.0 2 years ago

Pros:

The fact that you can post carousels and save the posts in an overview.

Cons:

The carousels don't post for 3 weeks now. Only the first picture is posted SOMEWHERE, but doesn't appear on my Instagram feed. It's posted without text but people can still see and like it. Customer service is answering with copy paste answers and does not help with closer information about the problem, nor do they offer any kind of amends. In my opinion a really unprofessional way of handling things.

Great product. Slow support

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Experience is iffy. I like the product a lot. But support is slow and inattentive. When an issue comes up, a lot of time is spent simply trying to get contact and then more time is wasted because they delegate work to another team that is also not available or reachable.

Pros:

Great A.I. features. Clean layout. Easy to use UI.

Cons:

Slow customer support. False Feature promises. Lack of support makes this not worth the time when issues arise.I have been trying to get help with an account issue for over a week from the time of this post.
