Cons:

There are times when I wish I could tweak things more to fit my specific needs, for example, if i have to track for a IC + manager dual role, but it’s not always possible.

This tool allows me to go back to my historic comps so that I know how far I have come and my only comparison was myself

AE - Loving Everstage

Comments: It's been really positive. I used to use Pave at my last company and Everstage is a lot more granular and detailed.

Pros:

I love how interactive the software is, I can always tell exactly how and when i am getting paid. As someone on the sales team, it's super important that I can see granular payouts - I can see that easily in Everstage. I also love the emojis - making payouts brighter.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be hard to tell the breakdown of payout + some commission modules are sent over email and not uploaded into Everstage. It would be helpful to have an interactive tool to also see what I'd make if I crushed my number (with built in accelerators)

Commission and Quota can be easily seen

Comments: So far Everstage has been super helpful in letting me know where I stand with my commission, paychecks and quota.

Pros:

With the manual processes of some sales with Trimble, those have to be adjusted and can take a while for me to see where I actually am.
