The concept is amazing but it rarely works and when it doesn't work you spend hour trying to sort the problem and then the help desk finally get involved and the screen share and have you do exactly what you have done and then tell you it's a back end problem and tell you it will be sorted in 12 to 25 hours and 3 days later after many follow ups it works.... Last week I had an appointment in my Calendar that had been there for a month and bookings allowed someone to book a meeting over the allotted booked time.
