As a single-man shop, I've been able to streamline my process and eliminate redundant tasks using RQ. All the feedback I've gotten from my clients is that my reports are their favorite to read/review as the reports are formatted nicely. The price point makes it affordable even for a one-man shop and is scalable for large businesses. > > **Cons**: The databases (e.g. sales and leases) are integrated making it easy to pull data into your reports and there are many ways to search and filter. However, viewing the results is suboptimal. You can only see three records at a time. 88 fields populate automatically but only 15 can be viewed at a time. You can deselect fields you don't want to see, but it doesn't appear you have preset search criteria so you don't have to deselect unnecessary fields every time you search the database. For some users (i.e. enterprise) they are able to access their raw data and perform any number of different analyses. However, for everyone else, you're only able to export a limited number (maybe 10) comparables at once into another format (i.e. Excel) to run analyses. Secondly, it can be cumbersome to name and categorize photographs. You cannot edit more than one photo at a time. You cannot sort photographs in any way. Sometimes I take hundreds of photos (which through the RQ app automatically upload to the cloud-based program\!) but it takes a lot of time on the back end to name, arrange, and categorize them. As far as time-saving features, I think this would be a huge help to appraisers on the RQ platform. Lastly, some property entry fields could use more options and variety. For example, site grade only gives you the option of selecting one slope type and one grade (at, below, or above). If you have a level at-grade site in the front but it slopes down steeply at the rear, you would only be able to describe one aspect of the site with the presets. Alternatively, there are narrative boxes in every report section that allow for as much detail as you want. > > I'm so thankful for Realquantum\! It is exactly what I was looking for in appraisal software. Their team is amazing to work with and they are very responsive to customer needs. They welcome new ideas from users (and implement them\!). They have a great setup for requesting technical assistance, and their response time is same-day, mostly within an hour in my experience. Comparable Sales Storage -The ability to store and use previous comparable sales also enhances our efficiency saving so much time on data entry so that we can focus on analysis. 3.
