> **Pros**: I have already invested $300 in testing and setting up this cookie banner solution for two domains, but we still haven't managed to configure cross-domain consent.

The customer support representative from cookie-script responds approximately once every four days, which is extremely poor service. Due to these delayed responses, our trial for the PLUS plan expired, and now we can’t continue testing because cross-domain consent only works on the PLUS plan.

So this is a total mess, and now we’re stuck. Customer support is unresponsive, and I can’t pay for a monthly PLUS plan since they only allow an annual subscription – but I’m not going to buy it if I don’t even know whether their cross-domain consent solution actually works.

So now I’m completely stuck, and I don’t know what to do next.

> **Pros**: I love the fact that I have been looking and looking testing and testing other companies, but when I finally found this one, it just worked out of the box, the styling fitted my mobiles views which is super important, and above all it has all the features you will ever need and 99% of them are automated, using this and implementing this was a breeze.
